At Casentity, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
✅ We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💰 Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
- If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
